How do I pause or cancel?
We acknowledge that your design or development needs may fluctuate, and a continuous subscription might not always align with your project demands. If you find yourself with fewer projects or none at the moment, you can easily pause your subscription. Our billing cycles operate on a 30-day basis. For example, if you subscribe, use the service for 15 days, and then choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be temporarily halted. You'll have 15 days of service remaining, ready to be utilized whenever you have new design or development projects. Feel free to unpause and resume your subscription at any point for immediate access to our services when you need them.
